This video features Samir Krilic, the lead trainer of the “Effective Grassroots Communication” project, alongside Transparency International Moldova and the local trainers who helped build Moldova’s nationwide training network of public communicators equipped to spot, stop, and respond to disinformation before it spreads.
Led by Transparency International Moldova, this BRIC-funded large collaborative project united 13 ICDC partner organizations and trained over 850 local communicators across Moldova through 31 regional workshops and 4 DisinfoCamps. The project helped strengthen collaboration between civil society, local media, and authorities, laying the groundwork for more transparent, rapid, and resilient communication practices, especially ahead of Moldova’s parliamentary elections.
