Gunmen kill couple in Paktia

Outlook is an independent daily published in English.

Unidentified gunmen killed a woman and her husband at their home in Gardez, the provincial capital of the south-eastern province of Paktia, on the night of April 16, officials said. Provincial intelligence chief Ghulam Nabi said the incident happened in the Askari Familo area. He said the motive for the attack is unclear but an investigation has been launched.
