The airline has just acquired another Boeing-737 on a five-year lease. Some passengers are worried by the news reports of air crashes they have seen on TV, which makes them fear that western-made aircraft are not safe.



Airline staff say most accidents everywhere come down to human error, not technical faults in aircraft.
