Landmine injures two civilians

Outlook is an independent daily published in English.

Two civilians were wounded when their car hit a roadside bomb in the Mezan district of the southern province of Zabul late on May 2. Provincial security chief Mohammad Rasul said the vehicle was on its way from the provincial capital Qalat to the Mezan district when it hit a mine near the village of Salim. The two passengers were taken to the provincial hospital for treatment.
