Pakistani among six militants captured in Ghazni

Anis is a state-run daily published mostly in Dari.

Afghan forces have arrested six suspected terrorists, including a Pakistani national, in the Andar district of the central province of Ghazni, officials said on April 22. The defence ministry confirmed the news, saying the Afghan security forces have recently launched a sweep operation to maintain security following signs of unrest in the district. The military have seized a quantity of ammunitions and arms during the operation.
