Migrants often do not have all the documents needed to get a child accepted, or else they have left them at home in some other part of Kyrgyzstan.



Bishkek schools are trying to be more flexible about the paperwork, although they are concerned that the influx of pupils from outside the capital is swelling class sizes to over 30.
