Traffic accident leaves four dead

Anis is a state-run daily published mostly in Dari.

Four people were killed and 11 others injured in a road accident on the Kabul-Logar highway on May 20. Logar provincial police chief Major-General Ghulam Mustafa said the accident occurred when a Logar-bound passenger vehicle collided with an oncoming passenger vehicle in the Pul-e-Zaidabad area of Mohammad Agha district. Three of the injured, who were in fair condition, were taken to the Mohammad Agha health clinic while the rest, who were critical, were shifted to Kabul.
