School torched in Paktika

Erada is an independent daily run by the Afghan Media and Resource Centre.

An unidentified armed group set fire to a school in the Gayan district of the southeastern province of Paktika on December 20. Mohammad Zarif Khan, head of the education department in the district, said books, tables, chairs and other equipment were burned in the fire.
