No civil war in Iraq – Sunni bloc leader

Iraqi Accord Front leader Adnan al-Dulaimi has denied that Iraq may descend into civil war. He said things would improve if Iraqi leaders realised that they should cooperate with each other to save Iraq. Meanwhile, Nasir al-Saidi, a member of parliament representing the Sadrist movement within the United Iraqi Alliance, expressed optimism that ahead of the first session of parliament there would be positive movement on the political crisis surrounding the nomination of [UIA candidate] Ibrahim al-Jafari for the post of prime minister.
