Hakim Calls for Iraqi Unity

Al-Adala is issued daily by the Supreme Council of the Islamic Revolution in Iraq.

The United Iraqi Alliance leader Abdul Aziz al-Hakim has called on all Iraqis to rally together and take responsibility for the reconstuction of the country. He also condemned the displacement of Sunni and Shia families, urged the public to cease using sectarian language and demanded that neighbouring countries stop escalating tensions in the country. In addition, he appealed to citizens to help the government establish the rule of law.
