Value of Dinar Raised

Awene is a private political weekly issued in Sulaimaniyah.

The Central Bank is attempting to raise the value of the national currency so that one dollar is equal to the 1,250 Iraqi dinars.

At the same time, the government is to increase the salary of civil servants.
