Afghan Education Minister Noor Mohammad Qarqin said on February 15 that the Afghan-Turk Educational Institute would establish its first girls’ high school in the Taimani area of Kabul. The school will be funded by Turkey and named after veteran jihadi commander, the late Ahmad Shah Massoud, the minister told newsmen in Kabul. The Afghan-Turk Educational Institute is presently running four boys’ schools in Afghanistan.
