Three Taleban militants killed in Uruzgan

Outlook is an independent daily published in English.

Coalition forces on April 16 said they had killed three "enemy fighters" in the Chora district of the southern province of Uruzgan. A statement released in Kabul said the deaths were the result of retaliatory fire after a group of militants attacked Coalition and Afghan forces using light weapons and hand grenades. The statement added that Coalition and Afghan soldiers did not suffer casualties.
