Social Care for Disabled and Unemployed

Al-Adala is issued daily by the Supreme Council of the Islamic Revolution in Iraq.

Minister of Labour and Social Affairs Mahmood al-Sheikh Radhi said his ministry would establish hundreds of thousands of small projects in 2007 in Baghdad and other provinces to provide for the unemployed. Meanwhile, the ministry in collaboration with interior ministry, has launched a campaign to eliminate begging that has spread across the country and to meet the needs of the disabled, elderly and orphans.
