Sistani Urges Forming the Government

United Iraqi Alliance list Kasim Dawood, a member of parliament, said Grand Ayatollah Ali al-Sistani has urged the formation of the new government in order to stop violence in Iraq. Meanwhile, Najaf was under tight security for visitors commemorating the Prophet Mohammed's death (peace be upon him.) Najaf police chief said police and emergency forces are helping to protect Najaf.
