Outlook is an independent daily published in English.

A girls’ middle school was blown up in the Nadir Shah Kot district of the south-eastern province of Khost late on February 25. Provincial security chief Mohammad Ayoub said that the school was being constructed by the National Reconciliation Programme. He said four people assigned to guard the school had been arrested by police and were currently being investigated.
