The chief prosecutor in the Saddam trial, Jaafar Al-Musawy, has denied allegations that he played a role in replacing Judge Abdallah Al-Amiry with Judge Muhammed Al-Uraiby. He also said ejecting defendants like Saddam and his aides from the courtroom is a legitimate legal procedure and does not have an adverse affect on the case.
