Russian Troops Moving Up to Ukraine Border – Defence Expert

Russian troops deployed in a 100-kilometre belt along the frontier with Ukraine are moving up to the border adjacent to Lugansk region, [defence affairs expert] DmytroTymchuk reports, citing the Information Resistance group.

We understand that the commanders of Russian units have received orders to place them in a state of readiness to carry out a “peacekeeping” operation on Ukrainian territory.
