In this episode, Salwa Nadhim in Kirkuk produced a feature which included interviews with Monawer Hasan, a poet, who said she believe that people should be led by their hearts when it came to finding partners, and Mohammed al-Daghistani, a writer, who said that he tired of relationships as soon as his sexual needs were satisfied.

Ziad al-Ajily reported on the differences between relationships past and present. In the report, Um Hanin, 52, said they were more serious and sincere when she was young. She said the internet and mobile phones had been bad for romance. Saly Abdulkareem, 19, disagreed, saying that they helped people make contact with each other.

In a vox-pop, Saly Arshad, 28, said love was the only thing that enabled Iraqis to endure the security crisis.
