Presidential spokesman highlights security concerns

Cheragh is an independent daily run by the Development and Democracy Association.

Afghan presidential spokesman Mohammad Karim Rahimi has confirmed that some parts of the country have become more unstable over the past few months. Addressing a press conference in Kabul on February 14, the spokesman said the increase in enemy attacks shows the militants have failed and are worried. Rahimi’s comments come amid increased insurgent attacks in various parts of the country.
