Plans Afoot To Increase Refinery Production

Al-Iraq al-Yoom is a weekly newspaper issued by Isra Shakir.

The oil ministry has developed a plan to increase the production of Iraqi refineries. A source at the ministry said new refineries would be built and improvement made to existing facilities.
