National Reconciliation Conference

Al-Ittihad is published daily by the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan.

The supreme committee for national dialogue and reconciliation has confirmed that the secretary of the Arab League, General Amr Moussa, has been invited to attend a conference of Iraqi political forces on Saturday. A spokesman for the presidency office, Naseer al-Ani, said participants will include representatives of armed groups and Baathists. The conference will deal with issues such as the de-Bathification process, constitutional revisions and the former Iraqi military and security forces.
