The Syrian society for databases organised workshops this week to build information technology and communications capacity for environmental, economic and social projects, the state-run Al-Baath newspaper reported on April 20.

The workshops targeted young people and promoted the use of technology to create a cleaner environment and improve socioeconomic projects.
