EU Offers Help with Constitutional Revision

A European Union delegation visiting Iraq has offered to help draft revisions to the constitution and promote national reconciliation. The offer was made when delegation members met State Minister of Foreign Affairs [deputy minister] Rafi al-Isawi in Baghdad.
