Al-Mada is issued daily by the Al-Mada Institute for Media, Culture and Arts.

Masood Barazani met Jalal Talabani in Erbil where the Iraqi president congratulated Barazani on the sixtieth anniversary of the Democratic Party of Kurdistan. The two presidents also discussed the current situations in the Kurdistan region and political developments in Iraq.
