Twenty Afghan teenagers held in Pakistani prisons were freed and handed over to Afghan government officials on April 9. The young people were arrested by Pakistani police three months ago in the Karachi city of Pakistan. Afghan Frontier Brigade Commander Mustafa Eshaqzai said most of the teenagers are residents of the eastern Nangarhar and northern Kapisa provinces.
