Afghan president sends condolences over Iran earthquake

Outlook is an independent daily published in English.

President Hamed Karzai has expressed grief and shock over the death of around 70 people in the recent earthquake in Iran. In a message of condolences, the president said the people of Afghanistan shared the grief and pain of those who lost their dear ones in the earthquake. The quake left around 70 people dead and more than 1,200 injured in the western Lurestan province.
