Regional economic conference in Kabul

Islah is a state-run daily mostly in Dari.

A regional conference on economic cooperation opened in Kabul on December 4. Afghan president Hamed Karzai inaugurated the meeting, attended by senior officials from abroad as well as the Afghan ministers of commerce, economics, water and energy, transportation, labour and social affairs, counter-narcotics, finance, public health and women’s affairs.
