Lumani Meets al-Dhari in Amman

The Arab League envoy to Iraq, Muktar Lumani, met the head of the Muslims Cleric’s Association Sheikh Harith al-Dhari in Amman. He was on his way to Jeddah to represent the Arab League’s secretary general at the meeting of interior ministers of Iraq’s neighboring states. They discussed the current situation in Iraq and efforts by the Arab League in achieving accord and reconciliation among the various groups.
