Lola is IWPR Central Asia editor. Her journalistic career began in Tajik television and she has held positions including the editor-in-chief of Tajikistan's Khovar national news agency and the socio-political Business and Politics weekly. Since joining IWPR in 2006, Lola has contributed as a Tajikistan editor and programme manager, and since 2021 as an editor for Uzbekistan.
