Some Iraqis compare the formation of the government to a caesarean operation because both of them could face difficulties in giving birth. We do not care whether the government comes into existence normally or by a caesarean operation: The most important thing is that it is born. The government should be strong and not feeble. It should not be based on reactionary policies; it should take initiative. Iraqis will be happy to see their first strong government emerge from the elections. So, do not be astonished if you see Iraqis celebrating (the new government) by randomly shooting in the air because they think it will end the violence and will set the country on a prosperous and progressive path. We all want the politicians to speed up giving birth to the government, as it is will be a great omen for ending evil.
