Arms cache recovered in Paktika

Outlook is an independent daily published in English.

Coalition forces and the Afghan National Army said on May 14 that they had recovered a weapons cache in the Urgon district of the south-eastern province of Paktika. A Coalition press release issued on May 14 stated that a tip-off to Coalition forces and the Afghan National Army had resulted in recovery of the munitions, which included over 160 rockets, landmines and other pieces of ammunition.
