US soldier killed in Uruzgan clash

An American soldier was killed and five others wounded in a clash with anti-government forces in the southern province of Uruzgan on May 19, a Coalition press release said. Six militants were also killed in the battle. Some 236 United States soldiers have been killed since the Taleban regime was ousted in 2001.
