Anis is a state-run daily published mostly in Dari.
The United States military in Afghanistan says it killed around 32 Taleban militants in the southern province of Helmand on March 29. Two foreign soldiers, including one American, were killed in the fighting between Coalition Forces and the Taleban. The fighting erupted after insurgents launched a major attack on a Coalition base in the province, a press release by the US military said.
