Two Taleban militants arrested in Paktika

Erada is an independent daily run by the Afghan Media and Resource Centre.

Afghan National Army troops arrested two Taleban fighters in the Barmal district of the south-eastern province of Paktika on April 2. The militants were captured during a sweep operation conducted by Afghan troops. The same day, Coalition forces took five suspects into custody in the same area on charges of links to the Taleban.
