Tajikistan Reforms Pre-School Learning

Tajikistan is introducing a new early education system designed to bring children of all backgrounds up to the same level by the time they go to school. It will supplement rather than replace the existing kindergarten system.

Marhabo Navjuvonova is an IWPR contributor in Khorog, southeastern Tajikistan.
