Suicide bomber kills civilian in Kabul

A suicide bomber detonated an explosives-laden car near a Canadian military convoy in the Deh Sabz area, some 10 kilometres north of Kabul city, on May 2, killing himself and a civilian passer-by. The attack took place on the highway that links Kabul with the United States base in Bagram. Witnesses said a Canadian soldier was wounded in the attack, but Coalition forces denied this.
