Hamad Hamood al-Kaisi, the governor of Salahuddin province, has survived a car bomb in the centre of Tikrit, which left five of his bodyguards injured. Meanwhile, the police found four unidentified corpses in Sadr City [in Baghdad] labelled "traitor". Sadr City was the scene of 46 deaths and 204 injuries in the explosions of March 12.
