A spokesman for the Sadrist movement Nassar al-Rubaii said that negotiations were underway with the United Iraqi Alliance, which might result in the movement returning to parliament and government soon. He said the Sadrists might end their boycott of both the latter, after the United Iraqi Alliance expressed an understanding of the reasons for the movement's protest.
