Rumoured Cabinet Change Dismissed

The pro-government website Syria Steps moved this week to counter speculation that a new government will be formed created in the next few weeks.



Citing well-informed sources, the July 27 report said the government would remain in place until December, at least. It noted that ongoing tasks such as building a relationshiop with France and ratifying a partnership with the European Union required continuity in government.
