Ukraine: Public Oversight of Municipal Enterprises (E-Toolkit No.4)

This e-toolkit is designed for civic activists and journalists interested in monitoring activities of municipal enterprises in Ukraine. It contains practical advice on sources and content of public information on activities, public procurement, spending of municipal enterprises, analysis of their financial records, performance of supervisory boards and searching for conflict of interest of their management. It was authored within the Norway-funded Giving Voice, Driving Change: From the Borderland to the Steppes project by Olga Zeleniak, an expert for Eidos Centre for political studies and analysis.
