Prices still on the rise

Nigerians living in some areas affected by post-election violence have said they are ready to vote in the next week’s elections

Residents of Narayi in Chikun local government area of Kaduna State, said they would turn out en-masse to elect a new Governor.

They also said they will vote for credible lawmakers in order to have sustainable peace and development in the State

Samuel Isaac, a civil servant, said while the violence was unfortunate, it has not discouraged people like him from voting again.

Juliet Moses, a member of Women-for-Change-Initiative also said the crisis will not affect the forthcoming elections. She said women are ready to vote for leaders that will take the country to higher level of development
