Policemen wounded in Nangarhar

Three Afghan policemen sustained injuries when their post was attacked by unidentified armed men in the Khogiani district of the eastern province of Nangarhar on the night of April 3. A doctor at the Nangarhar Civil Hospital, who did not wish to be named, said the wounded policemen was out of danger. Purported Taleban spokesman Dr Hanif said one policeman was killed and four others wounded in the attack. Nangarhar police headquarters did not comment on the attack.
