The electoral campaign is escalating, with all of the candidates making magical promises to solve people's problems. They are concentrating on security, unemployment and eliminating terrorism, along with making other promises like allocating pieces of land to every citizen. One of the electoral posters indicates that the candidate will put an end to the electricity crisis once he wins the elections; the poster implies that terrorism and electricity are two sides of the same coin. By the way, the electricity is worsening and the assassinations continue as the elections approaches. We hope that the vows splashed on the posters all over Iraq are fulfilled, and are not just campaign promises to win over voters.
