Kurdistan Alliance parliament member Muhsin al-Sadoon reported that bylaws to guide Iraq's first four-year parliament. Some articles were added to cope with the four years term of the parliament. The bylaw has revised all the old paragraphs regarding the work of the parliament. United Iraqi Alliance MP Abbas al-Bayati said the new bylaw focuses on three main issues: Dealing with MPs' absenteeism, which was a problem in the previous national assembly; integrating the different committees and establishing an internal committee; and cooperating with the parliament's advisory board. Saddoon affirmed that there were some constitutional articles that no one has the right to alter or amend.
