Al-Sabah is a daily independent publicly owned newspaper

Prime Minister Noori al-Maliki said the government has followed recommendations from the national reconciliation conference and appointed officers in the new Iraqi army by their specialties, competencies, and experience. He maintained that the best way to eliminate terrorists is to attack them in the neighbourhoods that nurture them.
