A man has strangled his fiancée and her mother in the 13th district of Kabul, officials said on May 2. District police chief Colonel Abdul Khalil Dastyar said, “After strangling his fiancée and her mother, the killer Ishaq managed to flee from the scene.” He said the motive for the attack was not clear.
