Maliki Appeals to Clerics

Al-Mada is issued daily by Al-Mada Institution for Media, Culture, and Arts.

Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki has called on Muslim and Christian clerics to search for joint ways of bringing Iraqis together regardless of their backgrounds, in order to save the country. Speaking at a meeting with clerics, Maliki said Iraqis have many more points of agreement than disagreement.
