Kidnap Victims Killed

London-based Azzaman is issued daily by Saad al-Bazaz.

Unknown gunmen killed thirteen people from al-Diwaniyyah province who had been abducted while travelling to Baghdad. Al-Diwaniyyah police told Azzaman that eyewitnesses saw the gunmen with AK47s stop three cars. They forced the passengers out and took them to an agricultural area. Police later discovered the bodies there.
