Gunmen Seize 50 Tourist Office Workers

Tareek al-Shaab is issued by the Iraqi Communist Party.

Iraqi police sources said that gunmen in police uniforms raided tourist offices on Salihiya street in central Baghdad and kidnapped at least 50 people. The sources said the gunmen used seven pick-up trucks and there is no news on the kidnapped victims. The gunmen reportedly wore Iraqi special security forces uniforms but the interior ministry denied its forces were involved.
